If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any of your purchased Obelizk products within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the items have not been used and are in their original condition.

If your item is unworn, we will be happy to exchange it for another model that meets your needs or we will refund you 100% of your money. Simply send us an email to info@obelizk.com.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any more changes.

"Not yet shipped" just means that we have successfully received your order! As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the status of your order will change to "Shipped".
